This workshop will aim at training children from 6-15 years into the basic to advanced modules of acting. Leadership Qualities, Self Expression, Voice training, body language, understanding characterisation, reading, writing skills and Develop interest on Hindi literature will be covered in this workshop.
We have been continuously working with Children to collaborate with literature and Theatre. Our plays have been based on writings of Rabindranath Tagore, Subhadra Kumari Chauhan, Premchand, Ruskin Bond, P L Deshpande, Sant Tukaram , Sudha Murthy, Ruskin Bond, Mullah Naseerudin, VijayDaan Detha, all in Hindi.
Swatantra Theatre is known for its quality training and performances. With the pandemic, the world has come closer and this was very much experienced by us during the Many Live Play Virtual Festivals. It is a very unique experience to get hands-on technology and bring theatre into it.
There will be Online Productions done as a part of this Workshop!
